Getting Started with PrimeLink
Install, activate, and configure PrimeLink for the first time
System Requirements
Before installing PrimeLink, ensure your WordPress installation meets these requirements:
- WordPress: 5.8 or higher
- PHP: 8.0 or higher
- WooCommerce: 3.0 or higher (recommended)
- MySQL: 5.6 or higher
- Memory Limit: 128MB minimum (256MB recommended)
- Max Execution Time: 60 seconds minimum (300 seconds recommended for large imports)
Installation
Step 1: Upload the Plugin
- Download the PrimeLink plugin ZIP file from your Envato account
- Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New
- Click Upload Plugin
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now
- Click Activate Plugin
Step 2: License Activation
Upon first activation, you'll be redirected to the Activation Wizard:
Step 1 - License Verification:
- Enter your Purchase Code from Envato
- Enter your Client Name (your name or company name)
- Click Next to verify the license
Step 2 - Initial Setup:
- Configure basic settings
- Set up notification preferences
Step 3 - Test Connection:
- Verify API connectivity
- Test license server connection
Step 4 - Complete:
- You're ready to use PrimeLink!
Initial Configuration
Accessing PrimeLink
After activation, you can access PrimeLink from:
- WordPress Admin Menu:
PrimeLink(main menu) - Dashboard: Quick access widgets
- Direct URL:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=mt-primelink-dashboard
Main Sections
PrimeLink is organized into these main sections:
- Dashboard - Overview, statistics, and quick actions
- Imports - Create and manage import jobs
- Exports - Create and manage export jobs
- Live Feed - Real-time synchronization between stores
- Templates - Saved import/export configurations
- Statistics - Detailed import/export history
- Settings - Global plugin settings
- System Status - Server and plugin health check
Settings Overview
Navigate to PrimeLink → Settings to configure:
General Settings:
- Default import/export options
- Notification preferences
- Performance settings
Integrations:
- Dropbox API token
- Google Drive API credentials
- OneDrive OAuth settings
- FTP/SFTP credentials
Advanced:
- Cron mode (WP-Cron vs External)
- Batch processing size

Quick Start: Your First Import
Ready to import your first products? Follow these steps:
- Go to:
PrimeLink → Imports → New Import - Select Import Type: Choose "Products"
- Follow the 8-step wizard:
- Step 1: Welcome
- Step 2: Select source (file, URL, cloud storage, or platform)
- Step 3: Import strategy (new only, update only, or both)
- Step 4: Filters and preview
- Step 5: Field mapping
- Step 6: Options and scheduling
- Step 7: Review
- Step 8: Run import

Quick Start: Your First Export
To export your WooCommerce data:
- Go to:
PrimeLink → Exports → New Export - Select Export Type: Choose what to export (products, orders, customers, etc.)
- Configure:
- Step 1: Select export type
- Step 2: Field mapping (which fields to export)
- Step 3: Format and destination (CSV, XML, XLSX)
- Run Export
