How to Rollback Imports?
Quick guide to rolling back (undoing) imports
Overview
Rollback allows you to undo an entire import, restoring your store to its previous state. This is useful when an import doesn't produce the expected results or when you need to revert changes.
PrimeLink automatically tracks all items created or updated during imports, making rollback possible.
When Can You Rollback?
Requirements
Rollback is available when:
- Import Completed: Import must have finished (successfully or with errors)
- Tracking Enabled: Import tracking was enabled (automatic by default)
- Items Tracked: Import created or updated items that can be rolled back
What Gets Rolled Back
Rollback can:
- Delete Created Items: Remove all items created during import
- Restore Updated Items: Restore updated items to their previous state
- Both: Perform both actions (default)

Dependencies
Be aware of dependencies:

- Products linked to imported categories/tags will lose associations
- Variations linked to imported attributes will be affected
Time-Sensitive
Rollback works best when:
- Used soon after import
- Before other changes are made
- Before dependencies are created
