Customer Segments

PredictCart automatically segments customers based on their purchase history, enabling targeted pricing strategies.

Segment Definitions

Configuring Thresholds

Navigate to WooCommerce → PredictCart → Settings to set:

  • Medium Value Threshold (default: $100)
  • High Value Threshold (default: $500)

The high value threshold is automatically clamped to be at least the medium value threshold.

Segment-Based Rules

Create rules targeting specific segments with the Customer Segment condition:

  • "20% off for high value customers"
  • "Free shipping for returning customers" (via automations)
  • "Welcome 10% discount for new customers"

Analytics

The Analytics page shows the distribution of discounts across customer segments in the Customer Segments tab, with counts for high, medium, and low value segments.
